I was disappointed with my order from galleria.boutique. The fabric felt rough and stiff right away, so it wasn’t comfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. It also has that cheap polyester feel, which made it seem lower quality than I expected for the price. Because of that, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered from galleria.boutique the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking didn’t update for several days, and my package ended up arriving later than the timeframe they gave. To be fair, the items were fine once they finally got here, so I don’t want to say the whole order was bad. But if I needed something by a certain date, I probably wouldn’t risk ordering again.

I ordered a dress from galleria.boutique and, umm, I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric felt nicer than I expected, and when it arrived it didn’t have that cheap look some online dresses can have.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the stitching on one side was just a little uneven. It’s not super noticeable or a huge deal, though. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order from them again.

I tried using the site but it was frustrating. The pages took forever to load, the filters kept resetting on me, and checkout wasn’t very clear. After a while I just gave up, couldnt deal with it

I’m not convinced this was a genuine item. It looked off to me, almost like a fake, and I was charged without really getting any clear update that made me feel better about the purchase. I wouldn’t buy this again.

That said, I kinda wish they showed more clear info about payment protection or maybe some extra verification stuff. Nothing bad happened, but I did pause for a sec before paying, ya know? Not terrible at all, just felt kinda average to me

For some reason, my order still hasn’t shown up and I haven’t gotten any updates at all. I’ve just been waiting with no idea what’s going on, which is frustrating.

I got my refund in the end, so that’s something. It did take a few days, which apparently is just how these things go, but the return itself was easy

I ordered a couple of things from Galleria Boutique, and the packaging was a letdown. The box showed up a little crushed, and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on, which didn’t exactly make me feel great opening it.
Luckily the items themselves were still okay, but the timing made it even more annoying because I needed them that week and didn’t have room for any shipping drama. For the price, I really expected everything to be packed with more care. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely disappointing.

I’m frustrated with the refund process. It’s been way longer than I expected, and I still don’t have a clear answer on what’s going on. Like, make it make sense — if the refund was approved, why am I still waiting?

It wasn’t one of those situations where you send a message and wait forever, like with some apps, websites, phone companies, or delivery services. They answered quickly, understood what was going on, and got the issue fixed fast. I was relieved because I needed it sorted right then, not later that day, tomorrow, or after a bunch of back-and-forth emails.
